Glad to see some updates here as I have a huge interest in Wreck-Age - alas, it is in a long queue of projects!

Mostly, on my phone.

Lovely scenery, really inspiring for a whole host of stuff.

I keep wishing someone would speak more about the game itself, because people always mention it as something with a nuanced and complex campaign mechanic... but finding detailed reports online is hard and the handful of reviews I have found make it sound like an ultra simple skirmish game, bolted onto a pen and paper RPG.

Thanks!

I have more stuff in the works and will hopefully have more images up this weekend. I am currently building a water depot using semi-truck's liquid cargo trailer as the storage tank.

This is something we are working on.

This is a pretty basic write up, and doesn't go into the rules very much, but perhaps you'll find it somewhat useful.

Another update!

Hopefully these will be more frequent, as I have quite a few projects I am working on in preparation for Adepticon.

So far I have shown off terrain for the sea-side of Shangri-LA. However, the reclusive nation is not purely coastal, and in fact many Shangrilese live in the barren wilds of the former Mojave desert (known by locals as the Mo').

This little camp site is an example of a semi-permanent camp/residence in the desert. The camp fire and metal tent are from the Wreck Age Drift er Camp set, and the dumpster is from Meng's 1:35 line of accessories.

Here it is with Wreck Age models for scaling purposes.

More to come! I have a Shangrilese water depot that is about 50% complete, and hope to have pictures posted in the next two weeks.

A newly released tutorial, hopefully this is similiar to what you have been looking for.

This is another terrain piece for my Wreck Age table set in the region of Shangri-LA (Los Angeles).

Water is a valuable commodity, and the Shangrilese have turned this crucial resource into a means for not only hydrating its populace, but administering to their health and well being.

Known as aqua dolces or "sweet waters", the various color-coded bottles provide different relief for common ailments.

Green labels are medicinal, and relieve pain, stress and anxiety.

Pink labels are for digestive issues, and Yellow labels are for radiation sickness.

Clear labels are just purified water, which is its own treat in the arid wastes of the Mojave.

This terrain piece represents an independent water vendor sanctioned by Shangri-LA's Water Authority. Utilizing salvaged vending machines hooked up to a bio-fuel generator, this vendor can provide ice-cold aqua dolces to customers at a premium price.

My intention for the vending machines was to weather them to the point where they looked salvaged from a flooded area. The most recent layer of paint has begun to wear in the harsh Mojave sun and is beginning to reveal the corroded layers of paint and decals that adorned these machines from a bygone era.

The Drifter and Golem were not painted by me, but by odinsgrandson of Garden Ninja Painting.

Here is how the terrain looked previously:

Mostly, on my phone.

Beautifully filthy. Crusty and cruddy. Love it.
