Dude this stuff is really awesome, I can dig the strata vibe you spoke about but if you wanted that to go better make some intermediary strata so it looks more tied into the piece, really love your creativity though.

Facts are chains that bind perception and fetter truth. For a man can remake the world if he has a dream and no facts to cloud his mind. |

Love it, especially the bridge! Great to add a more 3d element to the battlefield. Any chance of a tutorial?

That looks very nice. Awesome set of tables in general. I like the size and heights of it.
About the styrofoam sides of the hills, you might want to consider using rock moulds. It would look great but........cost you a couple of years of your life. To give you an idea, it would look a bit like this or this.

Actually I have the mounds and have some rocks already poured and they are sitting. It’s just a matter of time so I can work on it. But I agree with you. I’ll probably use some sculptamold on them as well

I use regular modelling clay ( DAS, but then the cheaper variant). That stuff takes a longer time to set but will not be as hard and brittle as the plaster which is normally used. Hence I can take it out of the mould after a couple of hours, bend it a bit and give it the form I want. It is even possible to tear of cut it in smaller pieces this way. And best of all, you can make several batches of rock in a day. Good luck and happy building! Looking forward to more brilliant stuff.

Here is a WIP of a centerpiece building for my table. It’s almost big enough for a kill team game inside it.

3500x3 sounds pretty epic (or is it Epic?). Gorgeous table... I love the design and execution. I especially like the statues and flying buttresses integrated into the cliff face.

That terrain piece is so huge, you could use it to play Necromunda using Knights!
I envy your dedication, skill, and wealth required to make that building happen.
