If you're ever on the west side of the sound, Blue Sky Games (Bremerton) has a decent 40k area.

Little more south but Friday nights at Terracrux in Tacoma there is an activate 40k crowd of 4-10 people. It is reachable by public transportation.

Nice, Do they have a Facebook group where people can schedule games? I might have to call in sick a for a couple of Fridays if they don't mind this newbie coming to play.

Hrm not for scheduling a game. But there is https://www.facebook.com/TerraCruxGames/

I wouldn't worry about being a newbie or having a small army. Someone can be to pare down their list or just play some demo games to get you up to speed. The store is pretty laid back we aren't high tier tournament crowd.

Nice I'll have to show up, I'm always nervous what the crowd is like. I may have to sign up on Facebook to see what's going on.

That is fair. I can see some people may want to roll with a more tournament focused group. I started going to Terracrux for 40k in October last year. Lots of table space, I think 6 or 8 6x4 tables. The store owner and staff, are also pretty friendly and knowledgeable.

There is also Game Matrix in Lakewood. I haven't been there for a 40k in a while though. The store has become a little run down which is unfortunate.

Bluesky is Bremerton is really nice but that would be a bit of a drive.

*edit*
People start trickling in around 5-6pm on Friday for 40k. Store is open late. If you can find a back in parking space it is free after 6pm. Otherwise there is a pay lot end of the street.

I have never been to Bremerton, I have family that live in Key Peninsula so maybe I'll trek up there to check it out.

5-6pm at Terracrux? I'll have to call in sick to make it there. I'll see if they have people playing 40K there during the weekends. I heard about Game Matrix, yeah it is a little run down but I heard good things about it, I'm going to check out Blind Dragon Hobbies in Kent. Took a look at their calendar and they seem to have open table night for wargaming but mainly push Warmahordes as the main game for tabletop gaming.

That is when people start to arrive. I tend to get there after 6 to get a game or two in. I have seen some weekend people but Friday is the main 40k day. I don't recall what night 40k at the game matrix is

I'll have to put a shift transfer request. Looks like a lot of places do wargaming on weekday nights. But I will find one that does wargaming on the weekends!

Does anyone here play on sundays, had a group but they eventually faded. Attention span was getting shorter I guess, heck I have 7 armies to choose from if some people want to try some new ones.

HELLOOOO DAKKA!

my Friend does not believe that there is any gaming for 40K in the Seattle city area. He doesnt have a car and is totally willing to take public transit to a spot to play. He prefers Garage hammer over Store hammer, but he's starved for games and will take anything! FetLife IMVU Canva

PLEASE PLEASE help me turn him on to stores/groups/clubs that game in Seattle area!!!

Thanks!
DS

About a block from the lower Issaquah bus station if you're taking public transit.
