Giving dark eldar a weapon that can 1 shot an

So by that logic, a melee D-weapon is okay, right? After all, it can 1 shot an
MC, but it still overkills any mook. ;D
Would also like to point out that the bearer of the drakesmiter relic (salamanders) can exchange all of their attacks for a single master-crafted Strength D attack. So while its not a 2+ attack D melee weapon, its not too far out of the question.
Also as per possible relics
- Gaze of the Emperor,
Even in the most hopeless of fights a lone guardsman may show true bravery and steadfast loyalty to the Emperor, and in doing so find himself guided by his righteous hand.
After a unit passes a leadership, morale, or pinning check, the controlling player may choose one non-
IC non-vehicle model to benefit from the Gaze of the Emperor. When a model benefiting from GotE makes an attack (melee or ranged) the attack gains fleshbane, haywire, Bs5, rerolls to hit and wound/ armor pen. This is a one-use effect, a model may only use GotE once. After GotE has been used it may not be used again with one exception, if the check was passed with insanely courageous (double 1's) GotE may be used again. If GotE is not used by the end of the controlling persons next turn the model loses the benefit and GotE is consumed as normal.
This relic is not bought for a specific model or unit, but rather as an addition to the army.
The nameless heroes-
IC's, and vehicles may never benefit from using GotE. However a model firing from inside a vehicle may still benefit.
- Vulkan's Breath
A relic forged by the Primarch's own hands, this venerable weapon has incinerated countless foes of the Emperor
A venerable or Ironclad dreadnought may upgrade the wrist mounted stormbolter to a Flamestorm cannon.
