i have been painting the ork warboss and I think he is almost finished.

its been a busy working week for me so little progress on anything, But i have bought the dark imperium starter set so i will be building those with something else........
Tyranids, This army always intrigued me by their various possibilities and i had chosen to make a full combat based army, i test played it three times and the results are mixed and hilarious if you have the proper amount of hormagaunts(which i field 90 of them in 1000 points). I also got myself some Genestealers for the extra punch and tear. I did a little head-swap on them because i find their original heads are a bit distasteful for my army. O and i also ordered some bitz to head-swap more genestealers in the future.

Well that was it for this week and this coming week i will be building more Tyranids because i have 1000 pt tournament on friday, Pictures will be made.

Hello guys,

i have had busy week which mostly was filled with building Hormagaunts and picking up my 8th edition and joining a 1000 pt tournament. I also continued on with my Slaanesh deamon prince and started painting the lord of contagion. the tournament was quite hilarious since most of my opponents got nervous by the amounts of gaunts (80) i placed on the table. But i ended up with a minor loss, A mayor victory and a wipe out. my Tyranids are combat oriented so when i went against a full dark eldar/harlequin jet bike army with continuous fall backs and long range firepower it was obvious they were not going to make it.

now i will continue building some "things" and i see you guys next time. enjoy the pics

there is not much of an update except that i continued painting the lord of contagion, i decided that the actual bone parts are going to be pinkish to break the contrast of the bone-white armor and the red fabrics.

I have made some progress on the traitor ogryn. I also have now all the miniatures for my Tyranids to build an 750/1250/1500/2000 point army. I will paint them first before i post some pictures since there was not as much conversion/kitbash involved then i usually do, But i will post an army shot when everything is assembled.
And i will soon start refining my iron warriors army(new bases ,some more details that sort of stuff).

I was looking for alternative heads for my Wendi-ghouls when i found a store nearby my GW that had a discount sale on GW products. So i bought some additional previous dated tau fire warriors, A single crisis battle suit A new broadside and a box of terminators. and i started building a fw daemon prince of nurgle for a painting competition in august. I also was kinda inspired to make a little horror like diorama when i bought a resin base with a man crawling Into/out of a sewer, So i took an spare crypt horror gave it and head-swap.

Also an heads up : next week i will be on vacation in a tent so no updates of hobby progress.

I had quite a busy week i am almost a year older so i had to do a lot of grocery shopping for my birthday (which is this coming sunday) and baking a few pies. After that i went on building a ghoul king for my flesh eater courts Today i joined a 12-hour hobby challenge in my GW. The rules were simple: Buy an miniature,Build it, Paint it and base it in 12 hours. i decided to paint a necron overlord since it is a awesome model (and simple to paint because its a Necron).I ended up third place, In the meanwhile i continued with painting my Nurgle daemon prince and i am glad that he is almost finished just some cloth,Bugs, Bone parts and some basing.

Its been a busy week. I have finally finished the Nurgle deamon prince and entered him for a painting competition, Redone my Necron overlord, Head-swapped a Slaughterpriest and started painting a tau fireblade. There was also a person in my flg who dropped an ridiculous amount of Bitz and said they were for the Bitzbox and those who wanted the good stuff had to help cut out all the sprues. Ofcourse as a Kitbasher i joined and got a pile of Sylvaneth Bitz, Some scibor bitz, wildwood scenery, A Astra Militarum command squad and a strange miniature. If anyone has a idea of where it came from and what it is please tell.
While i was home cutting out some Wild-wood bitz i noticed that the leaves looked like wing membranes, and then inspiration hit me. I will try to make a monster out of Sylvaneth and Wild-wood bitz. A good friend of my helped me with getting my idea on paper(since my drawing skills are meh ). I would like to hear your opinion about the simple sketch and further improvements.

Its been a while since my last post. I have been working on the basic for my monster(the torso), it will eventually be covered with sticks, Skulls, Mud, Moss, Stones and roots. My friend send a better design too with a name for it: The beast of blood oak forest.
Meanwhile i made a 750 pt army of tau for a tournament (I've won 1 of the 2 rounds). And for the rest i just based some models and added some details on my Slaughterpriest

it has been quite a busy week, i continued on my beast design and finished painting my Tau Fireblade and traitor Ogryn.
I have now fully layered the torso and begun to cover the body with lots of dryads parts and added a tree on its back. I have layered only on one side of its torso to see how it will look and it satisfies me.

I also build a additional company commander for my traitor guard and a Primaris birthday model, I also tried to make a regular marine counterpart but i didn't found all the right Bitz for it (but it looks somewhat similar).

While I was scavengi....erm "collecting" Bitz out my store Bitzbox i found an odd head with quite the extravagant hat, someone said it looked like pimp and then said i wouldn't be able to make one. So i accepted the challenge and made one so behold in the gallery my pimp: Duke Hefner, (I am going to add an Eldar prisoner on its base to make it extra obvious ).
I also started painting my mad max looking model with the 2 bolt pistols and my horror diorama.

Hello lads,

Its been a while but i am back with a bucket-load of pictures from a apocalypse game. I was on the side of chaos and we won with a major despite the fact that the loyal side had an Eldar phantom titan(which me and a pal pal blew up in the first turn ). I am also waiting to receive a big order of forge world models containing: a renegade command squad, 1 Ogryn beast-master, ten packs of renegade enforcers and a scythed hierodule. I've also continued basing my monster's skin with additional materials as skull and cork crumbs, And last but not least i finished basing my pimp and took some better pictures of my Ork warboss.
