Back just prior to 8e launching I had decided on Scythes of the Emperor because Primaris reinforcements seemed perfect for them, and lo and behold, Scythes are specifically name dropped.
Now if only the Codex gives Primaris Captains access to Relic Blades, so I can use these Scythes I bought.

Thinking About taking a break from my grey knights until they get their new codex.
Then start a primaris, termi and dread heavy imperial fists army (and lysander ofc.) I think that would look reeeeeeeally cool!

That break won't be long. GK should be getting their book next month.

I thought CSM where the next in line?
Either way... I just need a break from leadbelcher, ironbreaker, runefang steel and various techno blue colors mixed with medium...

Supposedly its SM->GK->CSM->Deathguard Fair enough, painting the same scheme again and again does get tiring.

World Turtles, a Salamander Primaris successor chapter newly created. Their symbol is a great space turtle carrying four elephants, who carry a world on their backs.
Specializing in master crafted armor, slow and steady attacks, and rarely ever leave their armor since they're able to maintain them in the field.

Either Blood Angels or White Scars.
I would have done Imperial Fists or Salamanders but we already have two players for both of those armies and quite frankly I will have enough of yellow and green throughout painting my Bad Moon Orks.

Really unsure at the moment. The DI Primaris got added to my Ultras, but I'm tempted to have a fresh start with the regular releases. If there are no Ultima founding chapters that catch my eye its probably going to be Crimson Fists.
Then again if the BA dex is released in the next few months a Indomitus crusade, Baal relief force would also be tempting.

The first squad I painted look like this:
I decided to go for a unique paint scheme so that they could be used in anyone's army without being the "wrong" chapter.
Also, this scheme should give them a "special" look and stand out within a uniform army.
I also used the empty circle in place of a chapter symbol to show their un-aligned stance as well. Although whoever buys them could still add their own chapter symbol to incorporate them into their army.
Dark grey helmets for contrast (except the sergeant).
Classic red guns, because I like them.
The blue lenses to show the link back to big Rob' in the fluff.
The second squad from the box I may paint up in a variety of chapters as I believe this is mentioned in the accompanying book, with blocked out chapter symbols.

Also making my own. Going with black armor because I've always thought that looked good on marines, with one arm and accents in blue and silver. Using left over transfers from my skitarii to make them look like ad Mech primaris. Fluff goes they're fully cloned troops using the new cawl gene tech to create a new chapter from scratch that's loyal to a dominus and the true omnisiah, rather than the emperor. It's totally not heresy in the works Probably use iron hands tactics, though salamanders is also an option I think is fitting.
Because my head cannon that what's really going on is a certain F. Bile made a deal with cawl to supply him with the missing formulas of gene tech he needed, they cloned Rowboat, who doesn't know he isn't the real deal, while the real one is still in stasis. Cawl in his slide to dark mechanicus is churning out primaris marines to infiltrate the chapters and eventually tun Girlyman into the next Horus as he becomes more and more full of himself as the rightful "new emperor" so begins another civil war, Horus heresy mk2. Way cooler than the stupid fluff GW is using to introduce them.

Knights Cerulean for my Primaris guys. I went into the Lexicanum and found an almost blank entry about this successor chapter. So it's a 'canon chapter' but I've made up everything about them.

Deathwatch. I like their tank too much to turn it down. Actually I found an interesting lore reason to put some primaris marines in.
Watch Fortess Erioch was basically all but destoryed or had ot be evacuated when the huge warp scar tore through the area from the hadex anomaly. The fortress would have been devastated at this point in the conflict and so it needs new recruits fast.
Suffice to say they are very surprised to see who turned up and with what considering they have been so far from the Emperor's light they didn't become aware of the current situation for numerous years due to warp storms and barely surviving the hadex anomaly going berserk.
Still they can't turn down any marine no matter how green or unusual they might look.
And done, but it has to wait until next year after my Khradron Overlords are finished.
Honestly I just like the look of the tank, aggressors, and reivers all look good.
