Steady Space Marine Vet Sergeant

England

I have to say, a Deathwatch character would be interesting, even making him a little different...

Elite Choice
Auxillary Sergeant Oculo, Mentors Deathwatch Marine

Where some more aggressive Marines prefer to bring the Deathwatch's most powerful weapons to bear on the enemy, Oculo brings the Deathwatch's most powerful targeting array to the battlefield. One side of his body is covered from head to toe in several lens, modulators and rangefinders, making him the all seeing eye of the Inquisition in warzones all across the Imperium. While this can be used for Inquisitors to monitor the battle's events, its primary use is to assist fellow Deathwatch members to track, find and eliminate targets from range with insane levels of precision, even among the Deathwatch elite.

The Eyes of the Inqusition

Special rules
The Eyes
At the start of each of your shooting phases, Oculo may "spot" up to 2 enemy units in his LOS. Friendly Deathwatch members then gain bonuses depending on what type of unit the enemy unit is when firing at the unit. If the unit is more than one type, such as Infantry Character, you must choose one of the bonuses, but not both.

Infantry or Biker - Any unit with the Deathwatch keyword may re-roll 1s to Hit and Wound against this target in the shooting phase.
Vehicle - Any unit with the Deathwatch keyword may gain +1 to Wound against this target in the shooting phase.
Monster - Any unit with the the Deathwatch keyword may gain +1 to Damage and an extra -1 to Rend against this target in the shooting phase.
Character - Any unit with the Deathwatch keyword may target this unit even if it is not the closest model as long as it is within 18" in the shooting phase.
Flyer - Any unit with the Deathwatch keyword gets +1 to Hit against this target in the shooting phase.

The Stalker
Any model with a Stalker Pattern Boltgun within 6" when chosen to fire may use 2 different Special Issue Ammunition in the same shot.

I tried to make a utility character instead of just a straight up killy guy. After all, Deathwatch is all about Kill Teams doing the work. If this guy seems too powerful, I can always add in something that limits the spotting rule to only one unit can gain the bonus of The Eyes. I'm thinking 100ish points, because the Character target is very powerful if used correctly.

I'm thinking this guy is probably worth... Well, let's see. He's got good shooting, probably worth around 80 points on his chassis. Then his CC is BEASTLY, with a maximum damage of 22 (all at good AP and strength), so maybe 200 points? Then toss 20 points on for his chassis and buffs? (Not the best buff, since he's faster than most and is a character over 9 wounds, so he WILL go down fast if focused.) So 300 points for Dreki?

On Adamas, I think he's at least 300 points. Did you miss the "Reroll all failed hits and wounds for friendly CHAPTER units"?

This is a bit of a big entry. It's a Tyranid Lord of War inspired by Kerrigan from Starcraft.

The Swarm Queen

M8" WS2+ BS2+ S6 T6 W8 A6 LD10 SV3+

Weapons
Monstrous Bone Claws: Melee, S User, AP-3, Damage 3, You may re-roll failed wound rolls for this weapon. In addition, each time you make a wound roll of 6+, that hit is resolved with an AP of -6.

Monstrous Scything Wings: Melee, S User, AP-3, Damage 3, You can re-roll hit rolls of 1 when attacking with this weapon. If the bearer has more than one pair of Monstrous Scything Wings, it can make 1 additional attack with this weapon each time it fights.

Abilities
Shadow in the Warp, Synpase, Adrenal Glands (Index Xenos 2)

Supreme Will of the Hive Mind: The range of the Swarm Queen’s Synapse and Shadow in the Warp abilities is 16" rather than 8". Additionally, an army in which the Swarm Queen is the Warlord can contain units from both TYRANIDS and GENESTEALER CULTS. Lastly, the Swarm Queen is affected by both the Shieldwall (TYRANT GUARD) and Unquestioning Loyalty (GENESTEALER CULTS) abilities.

Warp Field: The Swarm Queen has a 3+ invulnerable save.

Accelerated Regeneration: At the beginning of each of your turns this model regains D3 wounds that it has lost earlier in the battle.

Agile: When this model Advances, increase its Move characteristic by 6" until the end of the phase – do not roll a dice. Additionally, this model may roll 3D6 when charging and discard the lowest result.

Frenzied Death Throes: If the Swarm Queen is reduced to 0 wounds, roll a dice before removing the model from the battlefield; on a 6, it lashes out in its death throes, and each unit within 3" suffers 3 mortal wounds.

Leaper-killer: When this model moves, do not count any vertical distance it moves against the total it may travel.

Living Idol: GENESTEALER CULTS units within 6" of the Swarm Queen automatically pass Morale tests.

Swift and Deadly: This model can charge even if it Advanced during its turn.

Warp Blast: When this model manifests the Smite psychic power, it inflicts D3 additional mortal wounds.

Psyker
A unit of Zoanthropes can attempt to manifest one psychic power in each friendly Psychic phase, and attempt to deny one psychic power in each enemy Psychic phase. The Swarm Queen knows the Smite psychic power and all psychic powers from the Hive Mind and Broodmind disciplines (Index Xenos 2).

Any Hive Mind or Broodmind psychic powers manifested by the Swarm Queen can target friendly TYRANIDS and GENESTEALER CULTS units, even if they can only target one of those factions.
