I do like the vibrant green but using washes like army painter green and the GW green wash so much darn easier, ending up with an olive green color. If I had the time I would go vibrant green all the way though. That said, I always end up going olive green...

The stuff I've been posting that people have said is too bright used the GW green wash, so it's still very possible and not very hard.

I prefer a brighter green since it contrasts better with the black accents. I feel that Space Marines should wear their colors proud! I don't overdo the green as I do prefer more muted paintjobs as I like painting my models to look realistic. Or, as realistic as crusading space knights and wizards can be.
