Well Morty is about 2x Draigo. So maybe 2x 5 man squad to drop 6 MW with rites if banishment?
Frankly 4 5 man strike squads might do it better if we are assuming all powers go off. That's 12 MW before they shoot/charge. Then 40 bolter shots(about 3 damage),then 20 S4 attacks with D3 damage(1.5 damage) so Morty's point equivalent in standard GK troops could potentially 1-shot him.
Alot of ifs in this scenario but a drop of Draigo and several strike squads could probably handle him fairly easy.
