For me, there is a big change in how I hobby as the seasons change, although it is due in part to uni timetabling (still not as much as it is the weather though). Winter I have a 6 week break in between semesters, although I mostly game in the cold rather than hobby (not so much worse conditions to paint as no motivation to). I still build stuff to use in winter, but it's very rare I'll put paint on things outside of a dedicated hobby weekend. Once spring rolls around though the production line rolls in, as I try to at least get everything I've built primed initially (about halfway done what I wanted to spray now, should finish this weekend) and then go into painting through the summer. Summer I have entirely free, so lots of gaming and hobby time, combined with my birthday and Christmas means lots of stuff to paint (and the biggest wargaming convention in Australia being at the end of January so there's an incentive). By the time autumn comes around I've usually been a little bit burnt out of hobby, so it dies down a bit until I start to ease on again towards winter, and the cycle begins again!

I mainly play 30k, but am still fairly active with 40k. I play Warcry, Arena Rex, Middle-Earth, Blood Bowl, Batman, Star Wars Legion as well

I do the same - planning on getting my Space Hulk set primed this weekend.

I also plan on doing mostly plastic during the winter as I don't need to seal them - resin and metal models will wait till the summer when I can give them a layer of Purity Seal once they're done for some protection against chipping.

Now that the humidity is dropping, I can actually consider using spray primer again! In Missouri, USA, it's either too warm, too cold, or too humid for the spray primer to work effectively. I don't know how many models I have messed up over the years trying to prime in the bad weather.

Additionally, now that tempratures are beginning to cool off, I am not near as worried about leaving them in the car while at work. my FLGS is on my way home from work, and I can play there once a week or so for regular gaming with the wife's permission. But considering that work is a 45 minute drive from home, and the FLGS is just 5 minutes from work, I can't just run home and grab my stuff, and I feel awkward bringing it in to my desk. With the temperature going down, I am not near so worried about the heat melting or warping my models.

Seasonal changes? One word; Harvest

I am now working 6am - 8pm at least 6 days of the week bringing in potatoes before the bad weather starts i.e rain and frost. Looking to finish by mid November at the latest. As a consequence all hobby building/painting projects have been halted until the weather gets worse.

During the summer I spend my time (or what's left of it as I'm a father now) on LARP events and making costumes, weapons, stuff ...
During the winter I dedicate my free time to Warhammer.
As I can't use spray paint when it's too cold the first thing I do is to prime enough models to keep my busy during the cold month.

Please correct my english. I won't get any better if you don't.

I live in MI so usually end of summer beginning of fall I start a terrain project, this year it's a lot of MDF as I can build and prime it relatively quickly and spend the winter painting it. As well as like most others have said: prime up a good back log. This year I'm running an INQ28mm campaign so it's taken a bit longer due to converting every mini and giving them unique paint jobs. it's a rae against time till it gets cold, although I have been tempted to buy a space heater for the garage.
