I think if you're super serious that your dice seem to roll higher then average all the time, test them. If it turns out they're weighted wrongly and you continue to use them that's un-ethical.

I used the water test and found no anomalous trends with my suspect dice (the red ones with white dots).

To be on the safe side, I purchased 2 sets of balanced casino dice and use those instead now. It doesn't seem that my luck has changed much.

If they're not weighted incorrectly then you're golden. I find a lot time with dice people tend to glance over that 6,6 they need when needed a 4, but ignore the 1,2 they hit when needing anything but to hit.

Dice during the course of a game will crap out on you, if you're lucky enough they crap out on you at points it doesn't matter it's just that. Luck
