I'm fairly certain that they neglected to mention this 'shut down' during the sale, and it doesn't appear that any effort was made to ship anything out before this 'shut down' either.

I'm with both Hulk (would have bought anyway due to the WoK savings and not being in a rush) and Doug (pretty unacceptable with them being so behind to begin with - maybe 'only' take a week off?)) here though - they really need to figure this stuff out already.

They're lucky they've got almost the only place to buy Dark Age and WoK stuff online...

For obvious reasons!

With them always being so behind I wouldn't be surprised if they'd reached a point of promising people could take holidays at Christmas that they couldn't go back

(as I suspect they've probably been denying and delaying holidays most of the rest of the year in a vain attempt to get back on track after the warehouse move earlier last year ? I think it was the beginning of last year)

I ordered as well, in early dec, not a peep from CMON.

One dude I know disputed his order with paypal, and was almost immediately refunded. Odd, since apparently they aren't refunding anything for 5-8 days.

Getting tempted to dispute it with Paypal as well. I worry there are stock issues as it is, with the volume some of us were ordering.

As much as I'd like my cheap stuff, I like to actually not just throw money away on hopes and dreams of new shiny stuff- I've always got Kickstarter for that!

I almost wonder which will come first- my sale stuff arriving or the next CMON campaign starting!

Poorly lit photos of my ever- growing collection of completely unrelated models!

Considering hate starts on the 16th, probably the campaign at this point.

They posted on facebook late yesterday

The stock has been taken and the digital doors to the CMON webstore have been reopened! We are back up and running and ready for business. Thanks for your patience during this time! https://www.coolminiornot.com/shop/

and lots of customers immediately asked where their November (and December) orders were

CMON The customer support team is hard at work making sure those orders are fulfilled as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience.

so I think stuff will slowly start trickling out again

(and stuff doesn't seem to be dealt with in date order as some reported arrivals from early December orders so I have a horrible fear that all those excess sale orders might just be in a pile to only be worked on when the 'normal' days work is done, speculation on my part, but that's my fear)

still even if it takes another 3 months it will still be faster (and a lot cheaper) than trying to source WoK stuff here in the UK

That's a horribly canned response.and your suggestion of a separate pile for when regular work is done is both probably and sad

I just initiated a Paypal dispute claim.

Just really shoddy customer service, regardless of the savings their sale offered.

Did any of you who are disputing the order buy any Kabuki minis not-Custodes?

Anyway, my life right now allows no time for hobbying, so I can wait for a couple more weeks.

Same here - I'm content to wait.

For now.

I placed two orders during the CMON sale; one in the very first hours it began (received that order in early December). The second I placed on 11/29. Just got notice today that it's shipping. Will probably be here Saturday.

Shock of shocks- I got a shipping notice for one (of three) orders I placed.

Oddly it was one of the later ones I placed too.

I placed mine on December 8th so I'm good for another month of waiting. But didn't the time frame increase from 60 days to 180 days for paypal. In which case I'll probably just let it ride till it shows up.

I've been trying to change the shipping address on my order. I've called their customer service number about ten times over the last two weeks, and left a message. I made the order on December 6th...

Anybody have any luck getting ahold of an actual human?

Which number are you using? The 404 area code number that is on their e-mails does not work.

I was able to get someone on the phone in December with this number: 866-600-2427

Also, two days into the Paypal dispute and no action from CMON.

Just called, talked to a CSR Chelsie

She said my order is still in the queue, and when I pressed her for an ETA she said the pallets in the shipping Dept are stacked "way above my head, and I am not a short person"

This is ridiculously bad CS

You know, those pallets wouldn't be stacking up so high if they'd ship the orders out!

Greetings from the CMON Team,

We want to apologize to anyone affected by our shipping delays in relation to orders placed during CMON’s 2017 Holiday Sale and for any issues the delays caused during the holiday season. The response to the sale was huge compared to previous years, and, truthfully, we were not prepared. The number of orders far exceeded our expectations and our ability to keep pace.

Our team in the warehouse has been working tirelessly to pack and ship your orders, and we can say that all orders placed during the Holiday Sale will be shipped by January 26, 2018. If you are waiting on a response from our Customer Service team in regard to the status of your shipment, please know they are working as fast as they can to catch up with the heavy influx of tickets generated from the shipping delay. When your order ships, you will receive tracking information to the email we have on file.

Again, we apologize for any undue stress our delays have caused. We are using this as a learning experience as we strive to always increase or service to our customers who helped make CMON what it is today and will be in the future.

from todays CMON newsletter (which probably means the January date is realistic as those who aren't actually involved have now been made aware of the issue so missing the date risks them looking bad to a lot more folks than just those waiting)

from what I'm seeing on the reaper forums thread on this deliveries are happening now, but people are finding they're being refunded for stuff that CMON don't have (especially where duplicates were ordered),

others have started getting refunds via paypal claims

most annoyingly when your order went in seems to have no effect on when things are being fulfilled (a fairly major issue when stock is short/unavailable)

So, two months to fulfill orders.

Well that explains their Kickstarter fulfillment speeds. It's just CMON's culture

Having completely ignored my emails for an update over the last couple of weeks, CMON responded to my paypal request with a full refund within a couple of hours.

Terrible customer service. Won't ever bother ordering from them again.

it's the quiet ones you have to look out for. Their the ones that change the world, the loud ones just take the credit for it.

Similar experience. Took them almost a week to respond to the Paypal claim, but I received my refund at around 11:00 PM PST last night (Sunday).

Not ordering from them again. They've shown no interest in my business so I'll happily oblige and shop elsewhere.

I'm still waiting on an order from Blitzkrieg Miniatures from around that time. Equally as bad.

Just happy it's my non-gw game I'm waiting on and as such there is zero hurry or I'd probably be pissed by now. Especially since it looks like they might be dumping it. I can wait. Got to much adepticon stuff to do anyway.

Got a shipping notice for my Confrontation Titan Dragon. They don't seem to be fulfilling in chronological order though, as I had placed a Wrath of Kings order earlier in the sale and it's currently in Limbo. Hoping I get my Hadross.
