Finish two Warhammer armies.

Finish a non-GW army.

Do a skirmish game of some description.

My hobby goals are:

-Figure out what I want to do with my calth and propsero box set army. I was planning imperial fists, but have struggled finding a yellow recipe that is not overly labor intensive for that much
infantry. Might end up doing wordbearers or salamanders.

-Finish up my work on my retro mordheim project. Namely finish the gangs and have a tables worth of scratch built terrain.

-Convert my pox walkers to remove all the overblown horns, and some of the tentacles.

-Paint up my death guard to match my existing death guard army. Or perhaps as a different vector as I'm not sure how well the scales will mix...

-Figure out which marines armies I have to mix my primaris marines into.

I think Thats all I have planned at the moment. If that all goes well I always have a box of wood elves I was gifted that from a friend that have not been touched.

Slightly adjusted mine from last year, but here is the game plan:

Here are my New Year’s resolutions:
1 Finish painting the odds and ends from my friend's SOB army that I worked on. Just a handfull of arcoflagelents, spare immolater weapons, some IG HQs.
2 Paint more then I buy.
3 Paint At least 12 spare bits. I've magetized a number of things, painted the primary set up, but never get around to doing the other options.
4 Try to get more games in. Optimally 24, with at least some being AoS.
5 Update my blog at least once a week, and maintain a consistent pace of work (1 mini a week).
6 Get my Eldar army to a larger level, 2 more full squads minimum, aiming to be more comfortable at 2k.
7 Enter and finish an entry every month for the painting challenge. If the monthly challenge stops, enter at least one comp in the year. In addition, paint something odd from the back of the bench a/o try out a new technique every month.

1. Finish assembling 4 more Knights.
2. Build a Warhound Titan that’s been sitting in baggies for over 2 years now
3. Finish assembling Custodians for Zone Mortalis.
4. Paint those Custodians.
5. LotR Arnor, Gundabad, Gobbo and Iron Hills battle Companies.
6. Sisters for SW:A, even though none plays it here anymore.


Not in this specific order, but that would be pretty much

1: paint a Marine battle company

2: finish my blood bowl teams

3: play at least a game a month of 40k/Aos/specialist

Mine was to not start anything new. Nothing. Just work on stuff I already have.

So on the 3rd day of the year I was informed I have $160 in store credit to spend at my local game shop.

And I stood there looking at Necromunda...................................

It is highly unlikely I will be able to stick to my goal under this sort of duress. The pressure is simply too much. At least I made it 5 days.

Just one this year, as I didn't do so well on last year's resolutions; finish my iron warriors. I've only got about 20 models left to do, so very achievable. Everything done on top of that is a bonus.
