I like this sculpt but the sword position looks like he's threatening to slit his own throat. Perhaps it might be better to reposition the angle of the wrist to halfway point towards the "enemy"?

360 degree video of an orc regiment in formation of Testudo with the command group unlocked. All participants in the campaign will include it for free by purchasing the Testudo or Lancers Starter Sets making a total of 18 miniatures (see that only 15 are shown as example).

I'm glad this is doing so well - congrats! Can't wait to see what all gets unlocked.

Would you consider selling scutum (shields) separately? Depending on the size, I reckon there could be a market amongst historical modellers for such with raised detaila like these. Just a thought!

Hoping for some archer command groups as well in due course - also maybe some pilum throwing lancers would be great?

+1 for the pilum-throwers!

Also, any chance we might see some painted models at some point?

Pilum Launchers ... I had not thought about it for reasons of consistency with the main wargame these orcs are designed for, but I think it might be a good idea.

I'm going to try to finish the Centuriork for tomorrow, because I also want to show you the Marker of Animosity.

With respect to the painted miniatures; I think I will receive the first printed miniatures throughout this week or next. Maybe before the campaign ends, I'll have time to paint some.

Germanic border

Why is there the idea, that all special charakter miniatures must stand with one leg on rocks etc?.....I cant understand this trend....Your poses are well chosen and the centurio is very well sculpted....but this time the pose?....It will be ok, for an tribune or a legate, but the centurio is a member of the unit, and it will be no good idea, when all the orks behind him have problem with big stones in there way it there is the final attack....

Today I’m working on boar a bit more. Looking for a nice style for your future enjoyment.

I have been thinking that I am not going to fill it with hair because, as I imagine, the mountains of Tyrana are arid and dry. I will probably sculpt a textured skin that is fun to paint.

In this step I am also testing the scale with the riders (do not be afraid that this is not a boar rider

To cover another of the needs of the army I am beginning to design the Starter Set of Tyrana Crossbowmen; equipped with crossbow (seriously?) and light armor, instead of the heavy armor of the rest of the infantry.

These look good

A few questions

Do you have much background written - do you want more - do you wsant a hand with it

Will the cavalry and crossbows have command groups?

Still hoping for archery command and some Orks throwing Pilums for my second row of lancers

On the background say that what little there is is in my head. I use it to bring coherence to the models; little more. I do not plan to take out a book; for the moment ... I think every new element can tell more about this imperiork than any story.

On the subject of chivalry. First I'll get some mounted characters. Then I will focus on placing the starter set of the cavalry in a stretch goal that allows me to design (this time if), a multicomponent elements.

The crossbowmen may carry the same command group as the regular troops. I am not worried because it would be sub officers of the regular army who rule over them in any case.

Archers is another matter. There are still a few weeks left ... maybe the command group will be offered, but this will be an Add On (I think almost no one uses command group in warhammer for the archer, or at least not in full).

With respect to the orc throwing pilum ... is another element that I would like to offer, although before there are basic essential needs (in addition to the things promised in the campaign). So maybe in the final stretch of the campaign you can find it.

I just received the package with almost all the models that I have done so far printed. Due to the fact that I had not updated the project for some time I have removed some media quickly so that you can finally see the comparative scale with orcs of Games Workshop.

Throughout the week I will clean the models properly and I will take pictures with a camera, these are made with the phone.

Dakka does have White Knights and is also rather infamous for it's Black Knights. A new edition brings out the passionate and not all of them are good at expressing themselves in written form. There have been plenty of hysterical responses from both sides so far. So we descend into pointless bickering with neither side listening to each other. So posting here becomes more masturbation than conversation.
