Quite obviously, not. Same as the rest of the line.

These rules are just borked.

Wargear options that can't be taken. Familiars that can't be injured. Notice how the heavy rock saw and the bonesword both have accuracy modifier of "1", not "-1" or "+1", just "1".
And... and please somebody enlighten me why they all have just M4! It makes no sense.

Did nobody proofread this

Yup.

But, the only way I see to read the Familiar is as I stated above. Can take damage like other models. But, if it goes OOA (before or after the game) it does not roll on the Lasting Injury Table. Should have said "Can't take a Lasting Injury." It's ethereal and comes back in its original state.

At least the mistakes here are quite easy to fix (as example given by Gobbla):

-Familiars can be injured/OOA but never suffers Lasting Injuries
-Acolytes can take Wargear
-All except Aberrants have M 5"
-Use Blasting charge radius 5" instead of 3"
-Possibly use Demolition charge radius 3" instead of 5" (may have been swapped with Blasting charge)
-Use hit modifiers "1" as "+1"

And more of a balancing issue:
-Acolytes come with Extra arm
-Aberrants come with Extra arm
-Extra arm other than for the Heavy Weapon costs 30 credits

And allow the leader to buy two extra arms. Or come with one and buy a fourth.
