Subject: Pick Units that you would "fix" without changing the points
Knight armigers lose their degrading profile or it only drops to a 4+ to hit. They also get the chance to switch their lance and top weapon for two heavy 5 S5 or S4 weapons that has an ability to have a +1 to wound rolls on units that started out with 6 or more models.

- Standard walkers need to be able to go up levels. The fact that any unit is 100% safe from a combat dedicated melee walker is bad design.
- Titanic walkers, on the other hand, shouldn't be able to go up levels, but should still be able to hit units on the second or third levels simply because they're so massive. Most knight melee weapons hang around that level anyway.
- Deff dreads need a speed buff. They're too expensive for how slow, flimsy, and poor at shooting they are. Unlike shooty walkers, they need to get in close to be worthwhile.
- Killa Kanz need to have their "scrag em" rule changed from "+1 A if the unit size is 3 or greater" to ""+1 BS if the unit size is 3 or greater." Normal grots already have "Surprisingly Dangerous in Large Numbers" (my favorite name for a rule) which does the same. Give killa kanz, our shooty walkers, the same benefit.
- Give Morkanauts and Gorkanauts BS 4+. Most of their cost comes from their guns, which is a waste. Nobody shoots any of the plasma with the Morkanaut because you're half as likely to wound yourself as to hit something, and our 3D6 gun on the Gorkanaut sounds fantastic until you take into account that at best we'll get six hits with a S6 weapon.
- Or, instead of upgrading BS, just give most ork weapons more shots. Orks coined the term "more dakka," and yet our guns all have a pathetic numbers of shots compared to most every other army out there. The deffstorm mega shoota is our highest shot weapon at that 3d6.

Give csm and chosen bolter bolt pistol and chains word base
Raptors maybe give them a extra attack base and allow them to gain a bonus to the charge roll on the turn they deep strike (maybe give this to warp talons too)

No reason why it should only cost as much as a naked land raider but shoot @ HQ level.
Because it's a Vet Dread? It's ancient technology and stuff?
Did you just look at the profile and decide "no" when Contemptors and Ven Dreads do that?
No, I think so because some of the more expensive FW models have some ridiculously good rules. Ridiculously good that it doesn't scale properly into rest of the game.

Forge world being ridiculously good is nothing new to the game, you wanna talk good, lets talk fire raptor.
To many unpainted models to count.

The Leviathan is not already too good for the points mathematically. Give a better reason besides "FW".

A leviathan dreadnaught is good unit, but its not exactlly a game winning model. It out shines a lot of codex marine stuff but thats because both the loyalist and choas marine codex have some realy bad internal and external balance.
Your also forgetting that it requires an additional unit before you can even add the leviathan to your list.
