It's a pretty big difference. It's the existence of Fenn that makes it work. Between HSCP and his pilot ability you're crippling your opponent's offense, on top of the PS 11 boost. Ahsoka just can't do any of what makes Ghost/Fenn powerful.

Yeah its a real pain to face especially if you are running a low PS alpha strike list, Fenn negates deadeye on one ship and coordinates a PS11 boost for the ghost to get out of arc/range of another. Its making a lot of people shell out for expertise if they are running a two ship list as well.

Exactly. My friend who fielded QD with VI, Adv. Optics and a bid decided to switch it out to Expertise just to at least be able to turn eyes into hits somehow.
