Started work on a few additional pieces of scenery, to start off with a selection of pipes, a large hatch in the floor and a collection of various tubs and basins for water collection and cultivating hive moss, ferroweed and lichens....
Welcome to Flushing Springs.... Please dont ask about your lost digi-weapon, baby Sumpkroc or missing Juve.... you really don't want to know....
And Hatchway leading to Lower level sump...
"Hey Boss"
"Yeah"
"Where does that hatch go?"
"Believe me kid, even in this hive there are some places best left to the imagination"

Things seem to have gone quiet in the hive lately, figured i would post up my next big scenery piece.
Sometimes in the Underhive it's best not to know where your next meal is coming from.... Sludge Vat Fields.

Hey Skinflint, glad this could provide a bit of inspiration for you, in fact I'm looking for a little inspiration on what I should tackle for my next project, any suggestions?

Ok, I've been working with my supplier and i would like to make this a product available for sale currently the lowest price I can do a full set for is going to be about £145 - £150.
A full set will be 7 base boards each with 36 removable tiles (was originally 6 but certain maps in underhive need 7 board sections) & 53 construction cubes (was originally 48 but increased the amount for the same reasons).
Hopefully I'll be able to offer a selection of plastic scenery to go with the starter set as well. Would this be something that anybody would be interested in?

How about something like a disused factory? Something like this:
But abandoned, disused and GrimDarkified? Smashed robot arms, decaying vehicle frames etc.

Supplemental to that, a scaled-back version of btoliver's Manufactorum would fit pretty well in an underhive. https://www.dakkadakka.com/dakkaforum/posts/list/717906.page It's in there somewhere. The whole project is well worth checking out though, it's [Expletive Deleted] nuts. Ditto, on all counts, largo39's mechanic-shop. https://www.dakkadakka.com/dakkaforum/posts/list/0/530674.page

The weathering on those is really good! I highly approve of sludgefields. As good as a bottomless pit any day. Though I must admit I'd like to have one of those endless mirror effects in a table someday.

So its taken a while, but my fist section to one of the many manufactorum assembly lines in Necromunda has almost been completed, SkinflintGames i hope this scratches that itch for industry in the underhive

Was thinking about it, going to add some sort of cart at some point so I'm thinking if a ganger next to a control console can make an intelligence roll they can do one of the following:
1.Move the cart 8 inches, any friendly models within an inch of the cart can move with it as a free move.
2. Activate an assembly arm, the rivet guns following the same rules as the Goliath heavy rivet gun, the claws use the same rules as a servo claw but have a 3inch range, and the servo scanners emit a bright flash of light and temporarily stun a nearby fighter.

A quick update on the can scenery, it now has a base and additional pipes:
And A further update, my first attempt at an infinity pit, not my best work and many mistakes were made, but i have a better idea on how to approach this now and i'll probably be re-attempting this project in the near future

Well at least the effect works. you may be able to get a layer of water on top to make it look like an endless sewage pit or flooded tunnel.

Adding a little bit more life to the underhive setting with a couple of barrels used as makeshift barricades, If video games have taught me anything there are barrels everywhere.... Just have to be careful of the red ones!
