Added some scouts to the force, to finally fill out a batallion detachment, which will come in handy for a 2v2 I'm going to play with some friends in december. Didn't care for the standard heads or the hunchback look, so I used some heads and backpacks from the scions kit. The bareheaded one is a Primaris head, he's a little bobbleheaded but I think it looks okay. Ended up pretty happy with the look, even though they look like hobbits next to the rest of my army!

Hot on the heels of the scouts I managed to finish my Primaris Librarian, so I can finally try some psychic powers. Tried a little harder with this one since he's a character (and will also be the commander of my astartes kill team).

Oh my.....that was a joy to watch.

Very nice Crimson Fist army with unique elements. I'm really impressed with the librarian cloak, great definition.

Keep up the good work

Finished my first Aggressor squad to close out 2018. These guys were a lot of work! It would be nice to have more as they seem quite beastly in-game, but it'll probably be a while before I feel like putting together another squad.

Feeling a little inadequate looking at these. Really a strikingly well painted army.

Finished my biggest model so far, the repulsor. A ton of fun to work on, but it took a long time. I'm happy with the result, I love to have a bit of surface to work on freehand painting. Hope you like it.

Damn, that's impressive. Taken a model I find ugly as sin and made it absolutely stunning, and moreover, made it look like a part of the 40k universe when ordinarily I find it sticks out like a sore thumb. Brilliant work.

Some great work here. The Scion heads and backpacks work really well with the scouts. And the freehand on the Repulsor is phenomenal! Keep ‘Em coming!

Great paintwork on a ghastly model. You have a fantastic Crimson Fists force - sending this to my buddy who's starting them up.

Thank you all for the kind words! Happy to see so many are fans of the Crimson Fists like me. I'm almost done with the store birthday captain with power fist/plasma pistol, so he'll be up next.

Time for the anniversary captain!

I knew as soon as I saw this model I had to have one for my army. I mean, what self-respecting Crimson Fists captain wouldn't use a big fat power fist? I think this is my favorite primaris sculpt yet, such an iconic and powerful pose. And with the Fist of Vengeance relic (flat 3 dmg and no -hit penalty) I think he can be pretty nasty on the table too. I'm going to try sticking him in a Repulsor with a bunch of Aggressors and fly up the field. Should be fun!

Sweet. I like how you accentuate your dark theme with small details like the white lightning bolts on the fist.

This is an insanely beautiful set of Crimson Fists. I find they can be a hard army to make look good, due to being such a dark colour, but you've pulled it off amazingly, really satisfying to look at.

I finished the 500th store special Lieutenant. Since I used my two Dark Imperium lieutenants for Pedro and another conversion, I haven't had any to actually field with my army so far. So I'm sure he will come in handy!

Bonus shot of the entire command so far.

Thank you! I was a little on the fence about it, but I'm starting to like it more. It's fun to experiment with different styles of effects.

Next up is the big guy! I just finished this beast last night, it's my first FW model and I love it. Absolutely the most beastly of the dreadnoughts, it just has such an intimidating sillhouette. With the dual storm cannon arrays it should be able to do the business on the table too. I enjoyed having many surfaces to practice my freehand and add a little character to the model.

I magnetized the weapons above the elbow joints so that I may add some more options in the future. It was super easy, no drilling required! Hope you like it.

I've decided to try posting some stuff on Instagram, if you want to you can follow me at seb_paints.
