*UPDATE*

GW has replied on their community Facebook page they consider it an out of phase strategem. Take it as you will. I am still waiting for an email from their faq department.

If anything that proves that it isn't. Until the Special Snowflake FAQ comes out, we can continue to argue.

Remember, if you argue it's out of phase you're arguing Baneblades can self repair 15 wounds a turn.

Nertz. It's a clarification on something where you are trying to take examples of something as an exhaustive list. Most people can see that if the end of a turn or a round is an out of phase action, then the beginning of a turn or a round would likewise be an out of phase action.

I believe that statement to be true.

That it blatantly false and a gross misrepresentation, and is arguing in bad faith.

Yes, baneblade could heal 15 wounds, at the cost of 15 COMMAND POINTS. Honestly i would probably let my opponent make that trade.

It's not a misrepresentation at all. If you say start of turn stratagems can be used infinity, then Jury Rigging, which says "Use this Stratagem at the start of your turn." means I can spend 15CP and heal fifteen wounds on my Baneblade. Add to that the fact that Imperial Guard can have 20+ CP to start with, then regenerate 1/3 of that, plus steal 1/3 of the enemies CP, then you're repairing your Baneblades for a good 10-15 wounds a turn.

Another good reason to focus fire the Baneblade until it is destroyed, since literally no one in their right mind will leave one half-alive anyways, since it's just going to murder what hurt it, repairs or no.

Yes, you can heal the baneblade since it's out of phase, if you care to spend 15 CP.

It makes more sense when you explain it instead of just making it sound like one of your "ithen my guardsmen have 30 wounds" type of statement. Sorry for not catching that it was a legitimate thing with the stratagem.

Thanks for the link but that is far from what I'd be willing to entertain as a definitive rules answer.

It's kinda like saying GW did't follow X rule during a twitch stream so the rule book is clearly wong. People don't do that as it's obviously arguable that they are just playing it wrong.
