I have alot of things to work with thanks to you guys <3 and if you have anymore to share feel free to post ^ ^ and strategies and tactics/army tactics that go with it aka shooty Chapter Master in the firing line of Devs or Tacs etc and vice versa for melee, fast attack

My personal opinion is that unless you go Deathwatch Marines are doomed to mediocre tier and outside of Predator Spam or Blood Angel Stormraven spam don't have a chance of winning any games, and even then Deathwatch isn't too much of an improvement.

As for the Captain, if he's going to actually fight stuff, TH/Shield Eternal for sure, if he's gonna sit back and buff your Predators, Teeth of Terra at most.
