Also the recent 40k incident showed that in fact Facebook can make a ruling, the precedent has been set.

Umm they put on fb official ruling on rule that as written was 100% unclear raw.
Late to the party, but am I wrong in seeing that they buffed Talent for Murder? Looks like to-hit and to-wound +1 now, not just the latter. That seems like a hell of a boost.
I believe that it's always been both. The change was making it so your opponents bulky models count as several models for the rule as well as the owning players.

Waaaaaay back it was just to-wound. I'm just rusty.
Been hit and wound for a while, can confirm. Used to regularly throw down against a Night Lords player and the new red book got me whooped on pretty hard.
