And that is exactly why fluff is not part of the rules: with a proper back story anyone would be able to sanction any kind of brutal rules abuse.

Except that would be player made fluff vs official GW written fluff. Just saying. Nobody would think that because part of official text from GW says X you can write your own stuff and have it be equally valid
