Lorgar would still make sense. He's essentially the original prophet of Chaos. I could see them making an exception for him being an 'Undivided' Daemon Prince. Of course, that could play into his inferiority complex of not being as powerful as any of the fully committed Daemon Primarchs which would be suitably twisted a thing I could see the Chaos Gods doing.

Perty is trickier though. My guess is they'll go with Nurgle just because of the Obliterator Virus.

This is true, Perturabo and Mortarion also working together to create the Techno Virus would seem to suggest that but as detailed in Rust and Ruin on p23 of the Death Guard Codex

To me this would suggest that the IW do not have favour of Nurgle.

Techno virus is a path to becoming demonic (rules wise) perhaps this is the same path Peturabo achieved eventual princedom with?
