These Harlequins are terrific! Indeed, the individual colours certainly gives them more character.

Thanks! That's certainly how I remember the Harlequins from not all that long ago, and that sense of individuality within a cohesive unit is what I was going for. So that's a huge compliment! Means a lot.

Definitely the big photos amplifies all the flaws. When you see them in person they look great! I'm very happy with them.

They look great! the purple one especially, you were wise to listen to your instincts and not mix it with orange. I would have, but i am not wise. The white masks give a good contrast to the rest of the ffigures as well.

I'm back!

Tried to make a start on the Shadowseer. Obviously I'm very early on, and still learning with glazes/blending but I'm reasonable happy so far. Proof of concept at least!

I am sceptical as to whether or not the it'll fit with the rest of the squad, but hopefully when I fill out the rest of the detail (gold especially) it will tie it in better. I plan to do black diamonds on the white also.

Managed to sit down today and push through the rest of the shadowseer. I wasn't a fan of how the blue looked on the leg, so I switched it to the black and white checkered pattern. Overall very pleased with this guy.

Still need to base him, then I'll post a full team shot.

Nice balance of colors and impressive job on the diamond patterns- keep finding the odd moments to work!
