What's a hallmark channel? I don't think we have it here. That said, there's only a handful of tv shows I watch. The good place is motherforking awesome.

I'm just a gamer who doesn't read superhero comics or put Tolkien up on a pedestal (the books are a turgid melange of mismatching folklore - the movies are a cure for insomnia.)
That said, I do know a few other gamers my age who can't stand the LOTR movies either.
I'm OVER 50 (and so far over everyone's BS, too).
Old enough to know better, young enough to not give a ****.

That is not dead which can eternal lie ...

The Rocky Horror Picture Show. I forced myself to watch it just to see what all the fuss was about. Such a stupid waste of time.

I think you really have to see it with a crowd that's into it to enjoy it. Just like you have to see Pirates of Penzance live on stage alongside a guy sporting a roll of quarters and a good throwing arm.
