A Leman Russ is a Leman Russ, yes, you obviously can use the same models.

Now if you want to do something extra for funsies, you can magnetise the commanders on the tanks with open hatches, so you can stick a genestealer looking fellow in when using them with that army and an IG guy for IG army. But this of course is purely optional and just a nice way to enhance the visual theme of the army.
