And back to topic you think that the spawn is no good for the fast slots? Basically I may go for hellhounds some how but not a fan of sentinels but you say it’s worth the 7 extra points?
Well since we are stuck on the 33 ppm spawn unlike csm (thank you gw.) and sentinels and guns for sentinels got a lot cheaper, there is a point to be made for ML sentinels or ac sentinels compared to r&h spawn.
That said if you have the pts and don't need cheap cp hellhounds are decent suicide tanks.

Well we are nothing if not consistent in 8th, Terribad with the exception that we might consdier moderate working AM units as good replacements for our own slots.
That said, the new Sentinels aren't half bad, 3 of them won't kill your bank account comparatively and with the drop in pts for a lot of the guns it can use they are rather decent thing.
Alternatively if you want something more sturdy, the salamander scout tank got a lot cheaper thanks to the drop on Autocannons for just 73 pts you get a chimera with scout movement autocannon and heavy bolter.
I self imposed a 1 gw purchase per year limit with tax returns (this year it will be a blackstone fortress box) which is why I convert a lot but yea if I will probably get a few sentinels next year and convert my chimera to a hellhound will also be useable with my space wolves as imperial allies if need be.
Being a parent and sole provider makes things harder on the hobby.
