I expect Marines won't get much in psykic awakening, although I'm almost hoping for a Libby and Leuitenant in gravis option

Honestly, I am pretty well hoping that if there is anything for Marines in Psychic Awakening, it is not for the regular Marine codex at large. More options for Black Templars and Combat Doctrines for the non-Codex Chapters would be preferable. Leave more space for the guys that won't have an all new codex and a supplement book to get new toys.
