Literally a giant Cathedral on Tank treads with loads of heretics crucified from its walls with a giant pulpit in the centre.
I want it to be the most over the top, insane, 80's metal album 40k miniature of all time.

I like the idea of a "generic saint" like some sort of angelic Sister made of the coalesced souls of dead Sisters of Battle or something like that.

Motorized statue of the emperor perhaps? Like that one bossfight from RE4, chunky with lots of bits and pieces visible under the armor, giving it this clockwork appearance. Probably imperial knight sized? With eye lazers of holy fire or some such silliness that the sisters could claim was a miracle.

Ok, hear me out.
So the giant cathedral thingy. Antigrav. Except it can hover, but not move. It's instead moved by hundreds of barefoot, collared penitent inside it, under the constant whipping from some Mistress of Redemptions.
With lots of very big flamers and meltas.

^This idea is even cooler. However, I fear it would be too difficult to pull off from a design point of view considering some of the self imposed limitations on GW models. Could they do it? Technically yes, but I think it would be to ambitious for them to realistically consider. Or they would make an attempt but it would fall short during the design process. The scale is just too grand.

Ive been making a Leviathan for a while (im lazy, ok!) and its basically put together it just needs to be painted. I used the old Cathedral terrain sprue for the front half and I ended up making stained glass windows for the thing that will be illuminated from within.
when I get a chance I can put up pictures. It could easily go for sisters without much conversion.
Rules wise I'll probably run it as a titan just to save myself a headache.

Look up his stuff on Reddit. Most of that would be right at home in a Ministorium force with the true insanity of a War of Faith and the pilgrimages it attracts.

I already made one myself a few months ago..... the Cathedral of St Castellen!
I haven't actually used it in a game, its simply my center piece model. Found the idea online and this was my attempt.

Maybe a Canoness in terminator armor?
You see plenty of that kind of thing in the comics and you can read about humans having access to that sort of thing in the books.
Though the last time I saw something like it. It was an Inquisition character, with what looked to be modified terminator gear and a glaive.
Other then that, I'd suggest a incredibly beefed up Valkyrie gunship. Loaded down with specific weapons and maybe two special rules that help to designate it as a SoB unit.

One has to wonder. Do the Tyranids consider drop-assault troops... fast food? |

honestly I like the lord of war as a demon of the imperial. Something like "ascended sister". back story being a sister of battle who really trusted in the empiror and recieves some kind of vision from the emperor and just becomes something stat wise like a cthan shard or primarch. make sisters (and possibly imperium models) around her immune to morale phase and just send her forth. model side think a penitent engine, but instead of being strapped in the driver has a more action pose within a more organic looking suit thats a larger version of herself.

No. Leviathan Command Vehicles are Guard.
.
thats not what they said at all, they suggested something along that general idea but clearly sister specific. I mean no one thinks the sisters are yanking items from Marines, nevermind that a cynic could claim the immolator is just a "razor back with stained glass" and the exorcist is "just a fancy whirlwind"

A giant sister in power armour:
https://youtu.be/tOYQiSWJrlo
You could even bring back the good old giant attacks but slightly altered for a giantess:
Roll a D6:
1. Stomp
2. Sweep
3. Gobble up
4. Squeeze
5. Put in shoe
6. Scream
