I’m not really sure what you’re getting at my dude.
Home brew rules, campaigns and even games have been part of
40K since it first released. Indeed, the setting is so vast us players need to be filling in the blanks.
Forgive me if I’m wrong, but I’m wondering if perhaps English isn’t your first language, as your overall point here isn’t clear.
But it seems you’ve created a set of space battle rules for the
40K setting?
On that? Ace. I’ll endorse any such attempts. Ideally I’d love to be able to run a campaign featuring Fleet Battles,
40K level skirmishes and Epic scale grand battles. Time was such a thing was very possible with off the peg models and games. Well, in theory. Because you’d need to find a set of players who played the same armies across all three systems, which was pretty rare.
However, for people to adopt a home brew game, it needs to feel like
40K. Whilst the setting is fast and mutable, the overall approach to warfare is largely set.
For example. Necron Fleets are
tough. Weight for weight and ship for ship, they’re more likely to come out on top. Eldar fleets are canonically possessed of incredibly reliable weapons, are nimble, but if caught out take damage super quickly.
If a home brew doesn’t reflect that, you’ll find it a hard sell.
Now, let’s turn to a genuine bone of contention. Tyranids very much
do have fleets. They’re an extra-galactic species, and with more fleets entering the Milky Way as time goes on, of unknown number. Whilst they were a bit crap in Battle Fleet Gothic, in the background they’re a major threat because of their numbers. There have even been two games (Advanced Space Crusade and Tyranid Attack) which were set inside Hive Ships. Boarding actions where Space Marine Scouts are trying to take out its vital Organs.
It’s probably worth a good old lurk in the Background forum. There are many knowledgeable folks here on Dakka, and we’re happy to help answer questions, even going so far as to recommend reading, or at least citing where certain info was published.
Good luck

Hey. My drunken post take umbrage with that comment!
