I'm surprised to see metal miniatures in this thread. I have a pretty large metal miniature collection of guardsmen. I never had a breaking problem with them.
Sure, most of them are single part, but I have some two-parts models that are fine.

For those who use multi-part metal miniatures, consider using a pliable glue (neoprene) instead of superglue, which is prone to breaking.

Lots of newer Eldar stuff. Yvraine Headpiece. Shadowseer staff. I also imagine stuff like the new Necron Psychomancer would be candidates for that.

Little antenna everywhere. Basically all AdMech Infantry. Infiltrators. Etc..

Agreed. I had my full metal Mordor Troll chieftain fall from the table right on his sword - just bend it back, problem solved

The GK two handed swords if they bend is not a problem, as long as it is not to extrem, but if they break behind the hilt of the sword you can say good by to the weapon.

If you have to kill, then kill in the best manner. If you slaughter, then slaughter in the best manner. Let one of you sharpen his knife so his animal feels no pain.

Looks like not many people have got their hands on the new Flayed Ones kit yet, because that's hands-down the flimsiest kit I've encountered in over 30 years of hobby.

For all they were prone to coming apart if not properly built, most of the older metal stuff was fine if you knew what you were doing with pinning and Araldite.

The Warscythes (and Triarch's rods) are a lot worse, having to get two wrists paired up with the flimsy arms. Can't even pin it, it's that tiny.

The new soulblight gravelord skeletons are flimsy as hell, broke several legs just trying to clip them off the sprue. Once glued they're not much more sturdy.

I've been playing a while, my first model was a lead marine and my first White Dwarf was bound with staples

So many Tyranids... so many of them...

Seriously, have you ever had a Zoathrope break at the base? I’ve used so much green stuff to keep the thing together. Good thing it was resin. I can’t possibly imagine the sheer nightmare it would be if it was metal.

Speaking of, hormagaunts. That leaping motion comes at the cost of having one of the most fragile foot-to-base connections I’ve ever seen. Keeping the fething things in place while you glue them together again practically requires you to build a mini movie set of strings and platforms at the EXACT height to maintain the right pose.

I love the Tyranids, and flooding the battlefield with bodies is a beautiful sight, but tyranid repairs sometimes feel like pulling hair off.

The last metal Hive Tyrant.

I get twitchy eye just thinking about it.

And not 40K, but Uruk Hai Pikemen had issues.

The treeman has a lot of thin branches that snap off. Spears in general are also likely to break. I've also had bad experiences with flight stands. I'm moving more towards magnetization for transportation now, but even that has limitations.

Also the new necron warriors seem pretty fraile as a whole, the legs tend to bend easily at the ankles.

Sisters Seraphim. The little metal strand between their feet and the part that goes in the slot bends easily and snaps, especially on the superior who has only one.

Antennae. The aerial on my shadowsword often needed repair.

Bayonets. The fixed bayonets often snap off my guardsmen. to be fair, I just keep them in a big box o' troopers.

Guardsmen, hear me! Cadia may lie in ruin, but her proud people do not! For each brother and sister who gave their lives to Him as martyrs, we will reap a vengeance fiftyfold! Cadia may be no more, but will never be forgotten; our foes shall tremble in fear at the name, for their doom shall come from the barrels of Cadian guns, fired by Cadian hands! Forward, for vengeance and retribution, in His name and the names of our fallen comrades!

As other have said, anything with antennae and/or bayonets.

My old metal deff dread was a nightmare. It ended up being more pin than miniature in the end.
