Some very slow progress.
It was really hard to get the decks in and level, the surface was so uneven with all the parts sticking out.

Those both look great!
Insectum, I'm a fan of doing big batches of terrain for the sake of continuity, but that's an ambitious undertaking. How do you plan to seal and/or texture the foam?
Captain, that's a very cool piece, and will integrate well with what you've got on your Necromunda table already. How much vertical space is there between levels? Is it anywhere close to your other towers?
Here's where I find myself as of today... I think one more round of sub-assembly weathering before I glue it all together, and then I'll fiddle with the bases and do some final weathering on the towers and tanks to integrate it all.

So I've gone over all the foam with a house primer already, and I'll mix up some acrylic paste medium and some little rocks and sand to add texture in select places. Then I'll either go straight to spraypaint (dangerous if there are gaps in the seal) or maybe I'll hit it again with a non-white housepaint so that any gaps show up nice and bright.
It might be ambitious, but I think I can make it to the deadline because I have all the ingredients and am more or less familiar with the workflows. Projects with "known" elements are so much faster than projects with unknown elements. The new thing for this project was doing the trees, but I did those experiments first. So I feel good about it . . . But maybe I'll be eating my words in two weeks

Got around to basing all my trees and throwing the basecoats on my rock layers. Primed the 4x4 table too. Made a small project thread which has a couple more pictures in it here: https://www.dakkadakka.com/dakkaforum/posts/list/805664.page

I made it! These are vertical-ish sections for the "elevator" area in the (KARAK GARAZ-NGOL) project https://www.dakkadakka.com/dakkaforum/posts/list/804229.page
Of course something was overlooked and went wrong. I cant get the lantern piece in the floor without breaking it.
Tried anyways, broke it, undergoing repairs.
Banner for the fearless mushroom.
Sections ended up with a really tight fit. All the seems and gaps will be filler in later with some colored putty that will secure the pieces and visually blend floor with walls.

It looks like we’re going to be in Michigan a little bit longer. I won’t make it home to do the finishing touches or take pictures of my entry. I’ll bow out of the judging this round, but hope to get it over the line in the first week or two of July. I’ll make something new for the next round.

Woooowee, lookit 'em all! Nice job, everyone!
I too will be coming in hot. I have my MDF pieces assembled and painted, and I'm in the middle of weathering them now. I had intended to build scenic bases for them, but that's not going to happen in the next couple of days, so I'll have to sit on that ambition for now. I need one last round of washes and another of powders, plus I might drum up a few gubbins to break up the larger surfaces.
I also need a subject poll for the next cycle... stay tuned for that, and always feel free to pitch ideas.

Put the finishing touches on the final pieces yesterday, such as finish the cacti and putting the foliage on the trees. Then I set the collection up and took my final pics! I should note that the hills/buttes/rocks are all not glued so they can be shuffled around for different looks/scenarios. The full table is 4'x4'.
Full collection of built terrain. Table, Rocks/Hills/Buttes, Trees and Cacti:
After a long pursuit, Space Marines catch a column of Genestealer Cultists in the desert badlands.
More images behind spoilers because I don't want to just blast too many big images.

Great work, finishers! I hope you'll forgive my lateness; I took photos last night, but couldn't get Dakka to cooperate until this morning. Here's a quick submission photo, and I'll include the other when I write up the showcase post later today. Please accept some grace on your own submissions and get the photos posted as soon as you're able, and I'll delay the poll until we have a critical mass of entries.
MDF terrain from Promethium Forge: towers, tanks, bridges, and ladders.
Also, watch for the next cycle's subject poll as soon as I can get it together.
