A Space Marine squad kit that has every possible weapon in it. Call it the "Armory" box. 45.00 USD. Comes with every weapon, every stupid sword, fist, gun, weapon, med pac, grenade, sharp stick, 40w phased Plasma rifle, Ordinatus pistol w/ kung fu action bayonet,

EVERYONE!!!!!!!!!

2 units of troops (possible different units, but not necessarily),
One HQ but one you would be happy to have multiple of, so no named characters or unique or units,
and a combination of 2 units of Elite/Fast attack/heavy support making a solid foundation for an army or an expansion to an existing one.

Ideally a bundle that you could get multiple of and still get the use out of, so unique/named characters and the like are better off as individual purchases than included in a discount box for me.

That's more freeform than I'm thinking, and doesn't include the box discount. I'm saying they pick 4-6 HQ's, Troops/Etc Units, Elites/etc. Units, and Vehicles/Specials - and you pick 1 of the HQ's, troop-ish units, elite-ish units, and vehicle/specials and you get the box - but they get to make the pool you pick from, and you get a discount.

Seeing this suggestion really got me thinking about Deathwatch Kill Teams, so one force is pure Firstborn, one is pure Primaris, when is pure Gravis and one is Pure Phobos. In each team, you'd get an HQ, two minimum sized squads for the base unit, and then a five man unit of each of the specialist models that can combine with that base with shoulder pads aplenty.

For example, a Firstborn Proteus force would be:

Watchmaster
2 units of 5x Veterans- this forms the basis of two kill teams.
5x Bikes
5x Vanguard Vets
5x Terminators
Add any of those units to your vets to create two ten-man teams and then you get a five strong odd man out unit.

Shoulder pads are a big deal, especially on Gravis units. I use the Terminator pads, and there's only two per DW sprue, so you'd need a dedicated sprue of Terminator sized shoulder pads to kit out the Indomitor box.

One thing about including units/characters you can use multiple copies of is not just to allow buying the box a few times, but also for adding to an existing collection.

Personally to fill the gaps in my collection:

10 intercessors
5 heavy intercessors
3 inceptors
New multipart Lt.

While that wasn't what I was originally thinking, this is a great idea.

Bring back the CSM Start Collecting/Shadowspear models. Also, all of the Death Guard stuff from Dark Imperium should be put into a single box.

Most of my armies are pretty complete, but I could do with expanding my Templars.
In that case, I’d say

Primaris Chaplain
Primaris Crusader squad.
Sword Bretheren box
Impulsor

If a larger box, add second Crusader squad and a Brutalis dreadnought.

Plus the Templar sprue of course.

60 Traitor Guardsmen for the price of 40. I suppose you need the Commisar and Ogryn models as well.

Thats it. Id be happy with that.

Oh yeah, that would be a good one. I'd be down to buy that for sure!

20 Inquisitorial Stormtroopers - 2x each special weapon, 2x each sergeant, 8x lasgunner
1 Inquisitor (ideally a generic one with lots of options, but if we must, a named character would do)
2 Chimera/Rhino

And a set of Inquisitorial Henchmen, with tons of options to customize them, ranging from book nerds in power armor to swordsmen in flak armor. Something like maybe 2 power armor bodies, 2 carapace armor bodies, and 2 flak armor bodies, and then dozens of odds and ends to customize each one, be it weapons, tomes of knowledge, servo skulls printing data, or the like.
