So I was thinking about dragging my old chaos army out of the box and giving it a whirl. This isn't supposed to be competitve but I would like it to be more or less all comers and put up a fight if nothing else.

Basically zerkers are in the land raider which first turn gives the rhinos cover if I'm going 2nd and the armor heads up field while the noise marines chill on back field objectives. The sorc will stay back with one of the noise marine groups and lash things around that get close or are mid-field while blast master templates get dropped on things.

I like the auto-las preds for popping transports personally so that's what I put there.

I dunno, it's got a lot of regular transport popping, several meltas, couple las cannons.

As chaos lists go, this is pretty decent. My only dislikes are that the GD does not always do well, and two squads of csm with no extra umph in assault.

I think I would drop the GD, and the Sonic blasters on one of the NM squads, and the blastmaster and one NM on the other NM squad. with those points I would suggest:

PFs for both of the csm squads
add a seventh and eight Noise marine(I know it violates the sacred number, but there just inst anywhere else to put the points) upgrade one to a champ with PW and doom siren, and get a rhino for the squad.

That would give you 4 vehicles rushing at the opponent, 2 vehicles opening transports, and the new role of the doom siren NM squad gives you both anti horde and anti meq at the same time, as well as a unit that is no slouch in assult.

I think that leaves about 10 points to play with(maybe another combi melta rhino, or a few sonic blasters), but I think my idea comes accross.

Either way, I like the list and it has potential.
