That project being Gunnbjorn! He's pretty cool. Oh, if only you could see him! Usually when I finish a sculpt there's always something I wish I'd done differently, but not this time. I do believe he is one of the best figures I've made, and I NEVER say that. I really hope you guys feel the same way, especially now that I've jinxed myself.

Because you're all so sweet and special to me, I've arranged a sneak peek for you! So here you go, it's the original sculpt so it might be hard to make outsome details, but hopefully it's enough to keep you checking back for the painted version.

That's pretty awesome looking.
It'd make an amazing looking big mek with SAG if it were hunched over but since it's humanly proportioned it'd be well hard to convert.

Overall, I like it.

The gun looks more like some sort of rocket launcher.

The left arm's wrapper-thingy combined with the build, face, and coat are giving me a definite 'Hellboy' vibe.

For those of us that aren't Privateer Press players: Who is this guy and what does he do for a living? He doesn't look like the 'Casters' I usually see as characters for WM...

He's the new Trollkin Warlock. My understanding is that he's like Grim Angus in that, he had left the Kriels and was stomping around the Iron Kingdoms as a soldier and is now returning to help his people during their time of troubles.

He's a troll warlock that hasn't been released yet. From the looks of him he's spent more than his fair share of time among humans as a mercenary. On the surface he's a lot more technologically inclined thane most of the other troll warlocks, Grim Angus being the exception. No idea what warbeasts will work well with him, I won't be shocked at all if the rocket launcher has some anti-warjack capability though.

IT's not actually Warmachine. It's WM's compatable sister game, Hordes. Warmachine is steampunk with mechs being the "big" units whereas Hordes is more traditional feral fantasy with beasts being the "big" units. Both games are intercompatible and share a setting.
This guy is part of the Trollbloods faction.

I think the sculpting is fantastic, but I find the heads a bit too cartoonie in style for my personal tastes.

I like him. But I dread the pinning it will take to keep that arm on.

Really like the expression on his face.

Pretty wicked sculpt. He's got that, 'I'm in charge and I say we shoot those guys' look to him.

It certainly turned out close to the concept art...

Weapon is ridiculously large, but that's par for the course. It's a nice sculpt overall.

very true but, alas, my ork army (despite what my username would suggest) is mostly sold off. the closest i could get to using him in 40k would be as maybe nork deggog or an ogryn bonehead but the stats on ripper guns wouldn't do that gun justice!

No doubt that chaos taint that the blueskins have picked up from the orks, or the dragon born.

Stupid gun, stupid pose but god help me I actually like it! Really like it. That has got to be the first PP model I have truely liked and the first I have looked at and and thought "wouldn't mind buying that". I think the model just works.

Ill be getting this. I don't play WM but Ill get it just to paint.

It's got an okay look (yep, it sure has a hellboy vibe) though a firing variant would be cool.

A revolver rocket launcher? I approve of this weapon so much. I don't play WM or Hordes, but I've been painting some of the models just because they look so good. I think this is one that I'm going to have to try out.
