This is on how to magnetize your 40k SM.
to do this you will need:
Xacto knife,
rare earth magnets,
the miniature
hand drill or hand cranked drill ( i highly suggest you don't use a full sized drill as they are hard to control in such small spaces.)
and glue.

once you have all of this you can start.
step one.

Take your mini and with a exacto knife or a smaller drill bit in your hand, make a crater in the place you are going to drill.(this will prevent you drilling off cource when you bring in the main drill)

step two.

drill the hole that the magnet will sit in, i suggest using a bit that is bigger than the magnet but not by much.

step three.

add glue and using a flat head screw driver place the magnet into the hole so that it lays flat with the surface of the arm joint.

step four.

do the same with the arm, but making sure that the magnet is facing the right way, you don't want to have to dig it out later trust me.

step five.
pat yourself on the shoulder you can now chose what your wargear is without having to have 50 modals to do it!

Special thanks to, dakka dakka for its glorious ability to have such a awesome community of warhammer fans!

You know you're spending too much time on 40k when... you worry about the Gets Hot! rule when turning on a plasma tv. - frightenedfreddie
