Just picked up around 100 figs inc. tanks from the boot fair for £4 (2.50$). Lots of them are Imperial marines.

I collect chaos - my main army, though I have a small imperial marines force, not really cherished enough.
Should I convert my new marines into chaos or keep them as imperials?

Also, got loads of orks, but quite frankly hate em, but really pleased to have the minis of them.
Got any ideas for twists/variants I could put into my orks to make them into something less ordinary?

The pic is the bundle I bought in total:

(each bag contains a squad of 10+, or 2x 5 man squads, or some metal heros, or tanks)

In the bags there is dwarf balista, dwarf warriors, dogs of war with crossbows on metal platform tower (whatever those dogs are called), chaos warriors, chaos lord on horse, chaos knights, SMs, landspeeder, rhino, razorback (tell us ur thought on he dual plasma gun + lascannon combo) termies 2 tacticals, assaults, leader, 2 bikes, chaos marines, zerkers, gorkmorka boyz, 2 squads boyz, floating ork tower conversion, ork leaders/elites, mixed necromunda gand, 'munda bulkhead and more...

Deffo red corsairs

There an exotic mix of many imperial forces and would fit with a really mixed bag of assorted imperial / warhammer models , you may need to add a few bolters to the warhammer minis but they would look good if done right

Think the red corsairs would be a good scheme

How about the orks, I want either unusual variants of the Orks, or a twist to the army!
