So my soul can't take another year of working in finance, and I've decided to retrain as a technical writer. This has involved moving to Ottawa, as Algonquin College seems to be the only place in Ontario to offer technical writing courses (Seneca offers Technical Communications...). This means I and my primed/base-coated/plastic legions have landed in Ottawa and now that I'm somewhat settled in I thought I might start putting out feelers for local gaming clubs. What's the skinny?

I only know of two gaming communities for Ottawa. There's the Centretown Warhammer Club that plays out of a rogue trader store located downtown; their web site is http://centretown.ca/forum/. There's also Game Summit which, I believe is mostly based out of the GW store at Bayshore shopping centre, although they also run their own tournament; their site is http://www.gamesummit.ca/forum/index.php
