Subject: New vampire counts book-fact or fiction

Recently there have been rumours of a new vampire counts book. Firstly i would like to hear if other people have heard about it or if you think it is absolute rubbish. Also i would like to know what should be included to make good but fair book that would make a fun vampire army to play.

I haven't heard anything about a new VC book. Can you provide a link to said rumors.

Also i was browsing and stumbled (not literally ofcourse) a comment detailing rumours of a new codex. However i can't recall it's name and i can't find it on my history.

And honestly, theres a lot of army books that need to be updated way before VC.
