Hey all. I'll be moving from FT Hood to FT Benning at the end of the month. Any good gaming areas in the local area?

Sadly there's not many at all around ttere, we get a number of guys who travel to our store in Marietta from Ft Benning to play

I miss my days in the 82nd Airbourne 86-90, I played my all bone themed Khorne Marine army then there was a store near base but it closed in 88. The base had a nice sized gaming group but I dont know now.....

i left there 3 years ago. unless the town has a gaming store, all they have is a HOOBYTOWN store that sells stuff. they do have a corkboard with phone numbers of players. other than that there is nothing. by the way i feel for you having to move to GA. that state sucks. ft benning is a mega GOB post. just watch your butt at all times.

SGT Horse, I have been to Gigabites and will move down to ATL in january. I can see why people would drive all that way to your place to play, even if they had a FLGS down there. You guys rock.

Counter-Strike: Global Offensive Tournament: $5,000 Prize

Alienware is proud to announce Battle of the Branches. Ten military bases will be competing to see who is the Champion Alienware Gaming Base in the USA. Teams will be simultaneously playing Counter-Strike: Global Offensive. Ten teams will start and one team will emerge victorious. Registration starts 6/14/17 to 7/4/2017. Teams can consist of four or five military players. Each base will reward a champion team with a $1,000 prize. Those that advance to the finals will have a chance to win $5,000 for their team. Who will be the 2017 Branch Battle Champion? Which Military Base has the best PC Gamers?

Bases that are competing for the championship are: Camp Pendleton, Bragg, JBLM, Campbell, Hood, Benning, Eglin/Hurlburt, Nellis, Drum, and Naval Base San Diego
