i sold an eldar bonesinger to paintbrushturkey for $37.00 and when he got it was missing a piece,so he filled a dispute on paypal for the wrong reason.he wanted a full refund
so i gave him a refund,but i have not heard from him in a week.
im just trying to get ahold of him because i want to get my item back.

That was a mistake to grant him a full refund. It seems now that you are out of luck unless you can get in touch with him. As he has no reason to send the item back to you, other than for good moral reasons. I would keep trying to get in contact with him. Other than that Paypal will not help you. The best course of action would of been to grant him a partial refund for the amount of the piece missing rather than a full refund. If you did do the full refund you should of asked for the item back before doing so. Sorry sir.

No problem sir, just try and save any coversations you have via the internet. Also it is very good to try and get as much information about who you are dealing with. A phone # can go a long way when dealing with someone under 18/21. Talking to a parent, although cliche, can have a very good effect when done correcting. Anyway, good luck to you sir. I would also see if you could get a tracking #, or even possibly a scan of the receipt as evidence.
