That's really nice work louis... yellow is tough and you did a really nice job with it. Nicks and such are great too... I'm still struggling with that. It's a very uncommon dreadnought (meaning your paint job) on a very common base (not meaning your paint job). Have you put any though into changing the base for it, or disguising this base a bit so it didn't quite look the same as every other one?

@ gitsplitta yes youre right i want to leave the base simple so you can focus on the model i dont want some diorama base on the other hand this are not showcase minitures i wanna play with it and the overall impression must be correct

I like it, you're absolutly right to keep the piece as the focus point of the model. Unique bases look great on Infantry (HQ's and Elites) but they end up taking attention away from Dred's.

your definition of 'table top standard' is very nice. To some that would be considered show case quality....very nice work

That is really nice, how exactly have you done the battle damage? I tried one suggestion (Black, the boltgun metal, leaving a tiny bit of black at the edges, but it didn't look that good in the end (partly because i did too much as well...)
The Yellow is really good, It often doesn't have the right effect, but it does here

What's your 'yellow recipe'? Works really well and I'm going to have to start painting my Imperial Fists at some point!

Your yellow looks very nice, and I love that battle damage. Are you going to work on the Purity Seal/Script ribbon thing some more? If that was cleaned a little bit (ie the text) that would put this way over the top.

question though: How did you magnetize the HK missile so that putting it on and taking it off won't damage the paint? Every time I do something like that on an exposed area I have problems.

I agree with everyone else. Yellow is rich and even, weathering and damage is fantastic, and the lenses are pretty much perfect (no matter how many tutorials on gems/lenses I see, I just can't get those kind of results at this scale...). Great stuff!
