Does any one know how to make vostroyan rough riders, I need 15 models in total. The bits don't have to be GW but I would prefer it.My skills at green stuffing aren't terrible but I can't scratch build. I'm looking for anything with a cossack(ish) feel other wise I'll just say they inducted element from krieg and that explains why I'm using some forgeworld models (with suspicious gas masks)

Best bet would be to either chop a few heads off the normal RR (but that would require ample supply of vostroyan heads) or you can make hats with good GS skills
From Santa Cruz Warhammer
I decided to build a squad of them, but to keep it simple with nothing more than a hat swap.
You can see how the hats were clipped off and changed with greenstuff.
Perry has french hussars and upcoming british hussars but those are truescale, would probably looks out of place alongside GW

Ooh, those look great.
No! Must stop tempting myself to getting more guard, at lest until I've painted the ones I have.

Those look great and are fairly easy to do. I might do some now.

Guilliman and the Ultramarines are like Manchester United, everyone hates them because they are so awesome!

Hell I just used attillan and reasoned Vostroyan Horsemen use the rounded hats so they don't fly off thier head.
You can make great melta troopers by using the flamer troop and cut off the nozzle and replace with a melta tip too.

HOLY CRAP! I can't believe such a minor modification turned attillan rough riders into THE model for vostroyan rough riders.
As for me, I have seriously considered the Perry plastic french heavy cavalry line. The only problem is that the number you can get doesn't quite line up with the number that would be useful for 40k.
