Smart paintjob. I'm a fan of the sally army colour scheme and you've rendered it really well. I'm assuming you're going for the cleaner take on tank painting rather than the weathered effect? If so I would love to see a little bit of subtle highlights on some of the corners, If you're not going with the extra details that weathering effects provide.

Loving the colour of it, to me it looks like the perfect mix, not too bright and gaudy, and not too 'grim-dark' and grimy. I like how you haven't made it too busy with lots of detail, but kept it to a nice medium, well done!! 
P.S: reckon you could share the recipie for your green?

Undercoat VGC Black/GW Chaos black
Basecoat: VGC Sickgreen/GW Snot green
Recesses: VGC Mutation green
Highlights: 1:1 VGC Scorpy green Sick green/GW Scorpion green Snot green

Overall its very nice. Crisp, clean, but I can't help feeling that the green and metals are a bit flat.
In my experience Vallejo and reaper are too dull compared to Citadel and PP paints.
But then again it could be the camera as you mentioned.
Regardless, very nice. Wouldn't mind fighting an army painted like this at all.
