Subject: Alpha Level Death Guard - Preheresy Colors
Thought I would post up this weeks commission - a Nurgle army in traditional Death Guard colors. It was a lot of fun to paint, as Forge World items always are. Enjoy!

"You call yourselves true warriors, with your palaces and fountains, your medals and parades? I grasped my first axe when I was still in my birth-caul. I earned my first wolfskin when I was still a whelp. I've been fighting every single day of my life, son. Perhaps you're today's challenge, Eh?

Wow, they look awesome. I think my fave piece is the defiler, is that a fw model or a conversion? i think the person who commisioned you will be very pleased! top notch
+1, I realize you may not want to give away all your secrets as you do this professionally, but I would love to know how you go about masking your airbrush work, if at all, and how many people work on something like this.
Also, please click on the link in my sig, I would be interested in talking about you painting up my custom sculpted hybrids. I would provide a prototype paintjob, with color lists etc, and ask you paint em up to Alpha. I may then continue on and keep working on them after that, but honestly, the idea of not having to slog through all 22 right now is VERY appealing lol! Kick me off a PM if it looks like something you would be interested in working on.
WOW i really like the different take in the colour scheme here every single one of them minis are drop dead gorgous and you said only a week thats amazing,as ive said b4 im ganna have to get some work done by you. What ever the clien paid for these would be worth every cent.

This weeks? Please do not tell me you painted that in just a week, or at least that you had a group of people doing it. That's amazing work as always.
Can I suggest skipping forward 10 years to the age where you don't really care about what people say on the internet. Studies show that it decreases your anger about life in general by 37%. - Flashman

Amazing work as always. I never fail to be blown away by the stuff you post. It looks like you might have rushed the rust effects on the tanks a bit, particularly the LR, when compared to some of the other models, but they are still beautiful (in a decayed, rusty, Nurgle sort of way ).

That is a beautiful army- I really like the smoothness of the airbrush work (and love the old DG scheme).
Not sure if you'd want to answer it, but rough estimate on an Alpha-level army like that? Don't mean to pry, but your work is a service I'd like to keep in mind for a couple of future projects.

I am both selfish and chaotic. I value self-gratification and control; I want to have things my way, preferably now. At best, I'm entertaining and surprising; at worst, I'm hedonistic and violent.

I love the landraider. All of it is outstanding but the land raider really popped out to me the rust effect is just amazing.

This is silly! Buttons are not how one escapes dungeons! I would smash the button and rain beatings liberally down on the wizard for playing such a trick!
