Greetings fellow ratmen! I have come-come to you seeking to discover which of the skaven greater clans you think are the coolest. Personally I love clan pestilens, but that's my opinion. So please-please, vote for pestilens.

Not really, as other than the 2 minor clans and a single port city in Tilea, Skaven are by and large NOT a sea-faring race in current fluff. And yes, I know they had ships in Man-O-War.

The largest, IIRC. But they're far from a major clan and lack a seat on the Council.

...Right. My point was that pirate-rats are cooler than ninja-rats, so the fluff should have been crafted in such a way that pirate-rats are a significant portion of the population, not that they are, but aren't represented as such with a council seat.

Maybe they couldn't get a seat due to trying to board the council while being sickened, fried, stabbed in the back and used for spare parts all in the same day.
