I think maybe a bit more color, he looks a little to blue for my taste. Maybe paint the rims of the shoulderpads whatever you want you accent color to be.

some gold accents......this was one of those models that you just dont feel as you are painting them and they just dont come out right

just added gold highlights to the edges of the belt and the shoulder pads as well as some black wash to the grenades, hair, and bag.

i will show the results after a little bit.....wanna see if there are any other suggestions

At first I was going to suggest gold but that might make him look a little to much like an ultramarine.

agreed with the above comments, get some brown on the pelt and handle of his axe, maybe some metal on his grenades, and a nice touch of catachen green on his knee and shoulderpads?

Just my opinion, a second color on the armoer would really finish it

His colors lack depth, and are really saturated. Badab Black wash will go a long ways, as will some Ogryn Flesh wash on his face,

Well its a very strong start. With all of your painting going foward, you should try to thin out your paints a little more. A thin, smooth paintjob really makes the character look better. Next, I saw that there was a recommendation to add a metallic gold color to the model... I think that brass or copper works better with Space wolves....if your considering that suggestion. Good work though, look foward to seeing more!
