It's Orks, so it's looted whatever you want.

*edit also that looks awesome! I love the tiny sight on the end, I can see some Ork looking down it and squinting.

Surely a looted Leman Russ would work better as a counts-as battlewagon? The armour values are the very similar, and a killkannon would work as the main cannon.

IMHO the AVs and options on a looted wagon are closer to looted basilisks, hellhounds and chimeras.

Still, whatever floats your boat.

I had a few spare Land Speeders so my Boomgun wagons are less 'wagon' and more 'floating liability'. They do indeed hold a special place in my heart as well, there's something about the expression on a Space Marine player's face when these things score a direct hit that keeps me warm at night

Also have an old rhino re-purposed as a skorcha wagon.

It is the 3rd Millennium. For more than a hundred months Games Workshop has sat immobile on the Golden Throne of Nottingham. It is the foremost of wargames by the will of the neckbeards, and master of a million tabletops by the might of their inexhaustible wallets. It is a rotting carcass writhing invisibly with business strategies from the early Industrial Revolution Age. It is the Carrion Lord of the wargaming scene for whom a thousand veteran players are sacrificed every day, so that it may never truly die. Yet even in its deathless state, GW continues its eternal vigilance. Mighty battleforce starter-sets cross the online-store-infested miasma of the internet, the only route between distant countries, their way lit by a draconian retail trade-agreement, the legal manifestation of the GW's will. Vast armies of lawyers give battle in GW's name on uncounted websites. Greatest amongst its soldiers are the Guardians of the IP, the Legal Team, bio-engineered super-donkey-caves. Their comrades in arms are legion: the writing team and countless untested rulebooks, the ever vigilant redshirts, and the writers of White Dwarf, to name only a few. But for all their multitudes, they are barely enough to hold off the ever-present threat from other games, their own incompetence, Based Chinaman - and worse. To support Games Workshop in such times is to spend untold billions. It is to support the cruelest and most dickish company imaginable. These are the tales of those times. Forget the power of sales discounts and Warhammer Fantasy Battle, for so much has been dropped, never to be re-published again. Forget the promise of cheaper digital content and caring about the fanbase, for in the GW HQ there is only profit-seeking, Space Marines and Sigmarines. There is no fun amongst the hobby shops, only an eternity of raging and spending, and the laughter of former employees who left GW to join better companies.

Fixed that for you.

The looted wagon entry is best for representing looted rhinos and looted basalisk type vehicles, etc irregardless of GW trying to suggest otherwise in their lastest ORk 'dex.
Here are some of mine:

The BW entry is far better for representing a looted Russ:

I am a new player so forgive me for my grotieness, but can you use a big looted vehicle for a BW? and do your FLGS and nearest GWs let you use them as such or are they just like "No it is a looted vehicle"?

Firstly, this thread is off to a great start. Very nice stuff in here so far.

a small Waagh! - As far as the stores go, it depends. Ive heard soem GW stores are REALLY anal, and some arnt. Im sure if you goto a FLGS that isnt a GW store, then that would be far more lax. So saying that, most places will let you "loot" something for a BW as long as the sizes are close. Infact there are PLENTY of looted LandRaiders for a counts BW. I made a looted BW from a semi toy and some plastic card. So basically as long as the sizes are close-ish and the looting looks really good, you shouldnt have any problems
