Mixed melee with non-vehicle models and vehicles.

Non-vehicle models die, but the vehicle models don't.

Consolidate or not?

Same scenario but everything dies.

I know you don't normally get consolidation moves from vehicle assaults.

I can't remember. Been away for awhile. Page number will be good enough.

#1: Vehicles that fought in the combat get a consolidation move (AKA dreadnoughts, killa kans and the like)

#2: if everything is dead nothing can make a consolidation move.

Should have been more specific.

I have non-vehicle models and vehicles that get assaulted by my opponent's non-vehicle models.

My non-vehicle models die, but the vehicles don't.

Does my opponent's non-vehicle models get to consolidate?

And the same scenario but all of my models die.

Does my opponent still get to consolidate?

Yes you get to consolidate, as you fought in a combat with a WS model.

In the first scenario, does he consolidate into my vehicle or can he move 1d6" away since he is not locked into combat?

I'm just extremely messed up on combat. Just came back to 40k after an 8 month hiatus via warmachine.

He can Consolidate wherever he wants (following the normal movement restrictions), as you're not locked in combat with a vehicle unless it has a WS and fights you back.

Note that if he chooses to stay in contact with the vehicle, he can beat on it in your turn too, if it doesn't/can't move away before the next assault phase (p.63, Successive Turns).
